Registration
Simply
print form and fill in the fields. Use only blue or
black ink. Must be 18 years of age to attend. ( or 13-18
with parent consent form.) You will receive an invoice
via email 7 business days from receipt of your registration.

Cancellation
Policy:
Registrations
which are cancelled by September 2nd, 2009 will receive
75% of their fee returned by cheque. No Refunds after
September 2nd, 2009.
Lodging:
Registration
does not include lodging. You must make your own hotel
reservations.
